The following Core Values have been adopted by our Board of Trustees and informs every aspect of our curriculum and operations:

• All students are entitled to an academic, intellectually stimulating education that showcases the philosophical foundations of our world and engages with the eternal questions of humanity.
• Understanding the arguments and discoveries made by prior thinkers is necessary to interpret or utilize their insights.
• Intellectual positions of students are refutable only through reasoned argument, not through authority.
• Education requires engagement in shared inquiry with fellow students and teachers on equal terms.
• Creation of an intellectual community in which discussions between students can continue outside classrooms is critical to the educative process.
• Thought and action are complementary pursuits.
